Does any one know the dates of the infamous Future Teachers of America Conference in Myrtle Beach (1971)? I recently visited Myrtle Beach for the first time since 1971 and was curious how close this was to the time we "went" to the conference there

They did in fact build a Academic Magnet School where the Old Bonds Wilson sat. The whole area is being rejuvinated with new housing. It is pretty impressive!

Hey Bob, I heard a rumor they built or are building a new school on the BW site - magnet school of some sort. Any word on that?

The Bonds-Wilson Grand reunion is scheduled for November 26-27,2010 at the North Charleston Coliseum. The committee members need your help to make this project a once in a lifetime experience.

There is a group of BW folks who are trying to put a reunion together. Below is what I copied in the way of information from thier web site.

Our plan is to celebrate the history, memories, and legacy of Bonds-Wilson High School. Please help us in organizing, participating and supporting the events that will be listed throughout this website.
